There will be many areas needing volunteer help. These areas include:

• Cashier
• Cashier Assistant
• Organizing Merchandise
• Assisting Shoppers
• Running holding area
• Item sorting and placing

Here are the available shifts for volunteering: 

Consignor drop off (Wednesday) 4pm-7pm

Pre-Sale night (for consignors and volunteers) (Thursday) 5pm- 8pm

Public Sale (Friday) 1st Shift 10am-3pm

Public Sale (Friday) 2nd Shift 2pm-7pm 

Public Sale 1/2 price day (Saturday) 9am-3pm

Sorting and Consignor Pick up (Sunday) 9am-12pm

If you sign up for a shift and don't show up you will be charge a $20 fee. If it is because of an emergency that makes you unable to volunteer your shift, please call Stacy at (815) 885-8200. Please, DO NOT call if it is not an emergency. It is your responsibility to find a replacement to work your shift if you are not able to come for non-emergency reasons.

When you sign up for a shift you recieve 1 addtional pre-event sale pass. You can sign up for more than one shift and recieve 1 pre-event pass per shift signed up. Please understand that I will try to accomadate your requested sign up times.  Please include in your email addtional second and third requested times you would be willing to help.
